Comic Book Chronicles Ep. 367 : Those Wondrous Wackos!

Presented by The CSPN…

Welcome to another exciting episode of Comic Book Chronicles!

This week ended up being another slow, but sure, drip in the new release category, so Agent_70 and Roddykat decided to revisit the 1984 Marvel Comics mini-series that birthed those lovable Wackos, the West Coast Avengers! Yes, this Avengers spin-off team started with the four issue miniseries that the guys will discuss tonight. Roddykat has been HATING that this one came up (pause for a very much sarcastic tone)! Whether a long time Avengers fan like Roddykat or just getting introduced from the most recent iteration of the group, this will be an education for some and a fun romp for all!

In the news, a Marvel Superfan maps out the MCU scene by scene. John Boyega continues to show that he’s a real one™! The Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Rings cast reunite…over Zoom! Spider-Man and Batman appear at different protests over the week. Netflix unleashes a Tiger King comic book. DC Comics cancels 22 reprint comics.
